Positive: Super expérience dans cette résidence. On a reçu un très bon accueil. Le personnel est hyper gentil et facilement joignable par whatsapp. La chambre était conforme à la photo et bien équipé. Il y a une piscine et une salle de sport. Parfait pour des vacances en détente 😊 Je recommande

U need electricity plug converter if u r a traveller from EU. But, I definetly recommend to stay...

Steer clear. Book a hotel.
Negative: The bed appeared to have been slept in. There was the smell of men’s cologne on one of the pillows, hairs in the bed, and the bed was not professionally made up. There were 5 large blow flies in the room and a strange smell. The bathroom and towels were clean but the bed had clearly been slept in and not changed. I had to sleep on top of the bed with my clothes on. Plus, the provider is charging hotel prices but it’s not a hotel, there was no hand soap or body wash, only a small bottle of drinking water, and all the basic services were missing. Lastly, I asked for an adjustment to my booking as my flight was arriving the following day to when I anticipated but the provider refused to adjust. When I therefore asked to check in immediately in the morning once I arrived from my flight, given I was also paying for the previous night, they assured me the room would be available. Yet when I got to reception they said I would have to wait until 3pm, on calling the contact multiple times there was no answer, eventually reception found the key pass and I was let into the room I had already paid the past night for without using. It was the worst experience I’ve had booking accommodation through this website. Paid two nights at hotel prices only to stay one night in a soiled bed. With 5 fat flies for company. Not ok.

Bad experience
Positive: Cleanliness
Negative: It's not hotel its holiday home it seems which I came to know after checking in. They say its managed by guest and hence room service is not provided. If you need you need to book it and they provide at their will else they charge also for it. I said changing bed linen and bath towels are mandatory daily but they didn't listen.

Negative: When the hotel was on the name of " MOOS" the arrangement and organization were better
