Mood 22 - Deluxe Studio: Modern & Stylish Getaway

A wonderful and comfortable stay in a great location, made even better by the excellent hospitality. Positive: My experience staying at Mood Living 22 was exceptional. The property is in a great location, and the apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and having both a washing machine and a dishwasher was especially convenient. The building also has a gym and a rooftop swimming pool, as well as a cafe on the ground floor. The metro station is only about a 10-minute walk away, and in the opposite direction there is a bus station with connections to different parts of Dubai as well as intercity buses. Many of the city's main attractions are also within easy reach. I would especially like to thank Mr. Nader for all the help he provided during my stay. His replies were always prompt and helpful, and he was very accommodating, including arranging an early check-in for me. Many thanks to Mr. Nader and the entire Mood Living 22 team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Place is very well kept, relatively close to WTC metro and has convenience stores at a stones throw. Positive: The location, the staff and the ambience. All of it were wonderful. It give a very homely feel, especially when you're travelling to another country. Please keep it up, is my only request!

Positive: Excellent apartments, perfect even for long-term stays. The apartments have a great kitchen, plenty of storage space, and everything you need to feel at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nader for his support. There’s also a nice swimming pool, padel and a small gym, which are great bonuses. This isn’t my first stay here and I keep coming back. I highly recommend it!

Soggiorno non del tutto soddisfacente Positive: Sicuramente la posizione molto comoda per spostarsi ovunque sia in taxi che in metro. Negative: Nel complesso credo che la struttura abbia bisogno di diverse migliorie, soprattutto considerando il prezzo che ho pagato. Letto scomodissimo, è stata una delle cose peggiori. La pulizia della camera non era soddisfacente e, appena entrata, ho percepito un odore sgradevole che è rimasto per tutto il soggiorno. Dal condizionatore a muro fuoriusciva inoltre dell’acqua sporca che gocciolava dal soffitto, arrivando persino all’interno dell’armadio. Le mie borse sono state bagnate e ho dovuto spostarle tempestivamente per evitare che si rovinassero. Ho segnalato subito il problema e il personale si è dimostrato disponibile, intervenendo per pulire. Tuttavia, non mi è stata proposta alcuna soluzione alternativa, come ad esempio il cambio di camera, che in una situazione del genere avrei ritenuto appropriato. Consiglierei anche una pulizia delle cisterne o dell’impianto idrico, poiché ogni volta che si apriva un rubinetto l’acqua usciva inizialmente di colore giallastro. Infine, la camera necessiterebbe di una maggiore manutenzione: i muri erano sporchi e rovinati e il tappetino della doccia presentava macchie poco igieniche. Nel complesso, ritengo che la struttura abbia un buon potenziale, ma servano interventi di pulizia e manutenzione più accurati affinché l’esperienza sia all’altezza del prezzo richiesto.
