Positive: الموقع + الطاقم متعاونين ولبوا احتياجي ماقصروا Negative: - الغرف تحتاج الى صيانة دورية وتلاحظ هذي في بويات الغرف وتشققات تسربات المياه في اسفل الجدران - الكنب متسخ وتوجد بقع وهذي ليست اول مره اجيهم هذا رابع مره وللاسف اخر 3 زيارات الكنبات غير نظيفه - المناشف غير نظيفه - لاتوجد خدمة تنظيف يومي - الماء الساخن ينتهي بسرعه وليس سخان فوري او مركزي مثل بقية الفنادق

Great location and supper good staff! Positive: The location was really good, pretty close to downtown and metro station and also pharmacies. The building itself was really kept in good condition and cleaned. There’s a Homebrew cafe in the building that I loved the most because it was quite easy for me to go there for office work and their Spanish latte is a must try. Fahim and Mariam they both were great host and made sure if anything is needed they will provide us, pretty good in English so there was no language barrier. Would go and stay there again. Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like.
