I left before my original checkout date due to the poor conditions and was unable to get a refund. Positive: Location was nice Negative: What didn’t you like about the property? The place was not clean and there were small insects in the bathroom. There were no reception staff; only a security guard who handled everything. There was no housekeeping service either—the guard told me that if I wanted my room cleaned, I had to contact the property manager on WhatsApp to arrange it. The worst part was the water: the hot water would run out after just 3 minutes, making showering very difficult.
