Positive: Ничего Negative: Просто кошмар а не гостиница если вы хотите испортить себе отдых и приобрести аллергию от всемерного запаха плесени вам сюда Мы остались в таком ужасе что после выселение поехали писать заявление на отель в министерство туризма Когда нас заселили в отель нам дали убитый номер с тараканами и абсолютно обплеваным и забитым пометом абсолютно везде балконом и тараканами в шкафах Нам в срочном порядке поменяли номер в котором была дырка в диване абсолютно грязная заляпаны вся мебель и настолько грязный пол что носки после ходьбы стали просто черные Как нам сказал администратор когда то это место было старым отелем корый выкупили и переконструировали НО ! Везде пахнет плесенью ПРОСТО ВЕЗДЕ ДИКИЙ ЗАПАХ ПЛЕСЕНИ , вечно ползающие мошки , трубы у них настолько ржавые что вода течет желтая , номер убитый а атмосфера мерзкая находится очень неприятно Горячей воды тупо нет она вечно холодная Этот запах плесени не перебить не чем ! Мы поехали писать заявление в Министерство туризма об отеле в худших номерах я в жизни не оставалась !

Positive: i really liked my stay in the Mood living apartment, the Scandinavian interior design and cleanliness were top notch! I also appreciated the help from Mariam. Negative: The only thing that didn't sit right with me was the cleaning fees, make sure you double-check the total costs before booking and i would suggest that you book the total duration of your stay at once as you won't have to pay cleaning fees twice. Also the housekeeping doesn't come and clean every day even though you have paid for everyday cleaning , so you may have to remind at reception or contact supervisor, other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Positive: The whole team was exceptional Mariam , Irfan khan , the security guys morning and night shift . Maintenance team honestly stayed for 20 days felt like I lived there for years

المكان حلو ونظيف بس ماخذين ضريبه 200 وشي ع التنظيف واخر شي محد نظف Positive: الحلو دزاين الغرفه حبيت انهم موفرين كل شي Negative: العملاء محد من يرد وبطيئين وخدمه التنظيف حتى ما يوو ونص الاشياء مكسره

AMAZING STUDIO WITH GOOD LOCATION AND QUIET ENVIROMENT Positive: The place is in a very good location, especially if you want to be near the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the surrounding area. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away. The studios are beautiful and comfortable, and the building is modern, minimalistic, and very quiet. The admin, Fahim, was very kind and always assisted whenever we needed help. We had an issue with the washing machine, which was not working at all, but he immediately sent someone to fix it. The only suggestion I would make is that they should pay more attention to the mold around the studios, as it can be seen on the ceilings and some walls. This needs constant care and maintenance. Negative: mold in the studio, washing machine not working the first day (they fix it really quick), AC wasnt working correctly.
