Overall, a fantastic place to stay with great facilities, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere Positive: I had a great experience living here for three months. The staff were always friendly and helpful, any issues I had were sorted out quickly. The communal areas were clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of great spaces to work or relax if you wanted a change of scenery. The pool area was a real highlight—well looked after, with towels provided, sun umbrellas, and a relaxing atmosphere. Covered parking was also a plus, with plenty of spaces available. Would definitely recommend! Negative: The gym could benefit from a few upgrades, specifically, heavier dumbbells and a Smith machine for squats and other compound movements. Otherwise, everything else was spot on

Positive: I stayed at Mood Living 22 for almost three months, and my experience was very good.. The studio was beautiful, comfortable, with a balcony and all the necessary amenities provided. The building is tastefully decorated. The rooftop pool is very enjoyable, and there’s also a gym and padel court available. The location is great, just 10 minutes by car from Dubai Mall. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you to Mariam, who was very kind and responsive to all my requests.

Positive: The stay was fine – nothing extraordinary. The room was clean, which we appreciated. There’s construction around, but that seems to be common in the area. The mosque is nearby, so the call to prayer can be heard quite often.
