Best place to stay in Dubai Positive: Everything was lovely, the staff was so nice and attentive. Clean and spacious rooms also. Negative: -

Comfortable Stay In Great Location With Friendly Staffs Positive: The location is good for DIFC but also close to local eating places and supermarkets. The amenities were outstanding as there were Paddleball courts as well as a gym and rooftop swimming pool. Fahim the property manager was very responsive to all my needs and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Negative: Sometimes the traffic outside can be noisy, there was the occasional small from the drains in the bathroom but it’s just me nitpicking.

Negative: I stayed here for two weeks. On Google Maps and Booking.com it is listed as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it is simply a studio you rent, not a hotel. The reception almost does not exist, and the staff are very unfriendly. No one makes eye contact with you, let alone smiles or greets you. At the very least they could play some soft lounge music in the public areas or add carpets in the corridors, because the building has a central void and sound echoes a lot. The place feels like a ghost house. The furniture in the public areas is also very uncomfortable. Most of it is made of metal without any cushions, concrete benches, or pieces that are simply not ergonomic at all. Sitting there is quite unpleasant. They also provide almost no information when you check in. For example, I was not told that there is no daily housekeeping, or I did not know there is complimentary housekeeping once per week. and I had no information about the room Wi-Fi. There is also no easy way to contact reception if you need anything or have questions. The furniture are dirty as you can see in the photo. Overall, you should see it as a very boring and depressing studio rental, not any kind of hotel or hotel apartment. The colors and atmosphere are very dull and lifeless.

Definitely staying there next time Positive: The hotel is located near to the city walk and Dubai mall with pharmacies and grocery stores around the block. Good Coffee shop in the lobby for your morning coffee. Modern cozy and clean rooms. What i really like is the security of the facility, i was sitting in my car in the underground parking lot for a while having a phone call and he saw me in the cameras and got suspicious and came down to check on me. That reflects that the security of the hotel is doing their job properly and i respect that 👍 Negative: The stay was amazing and there wasn't any problems.
