Positive: اطلالة الغرفة والمساحة جيدة Negative: لا يتم تنظيف الغرفة يومياً

Negative: لا انصح بالاقامة ابدا الغرف مهلكة لا احد يسال الا بعد الشكوى وهم يعرفون بشان تعطل التكيف وسخان الماء والاثاث والرطوبة خرجت قبل انهي اقامتي والى الان لم يرسلو مالي

Positive: It’s a lovely concept. I like the simplicity yet edgy design. Negative: Bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress was rock hard. Windows were not sound proof. I was woken up by the sound of trucks, trailers and bikes

Positive: Mood Living 22 is in an excellent location — close to the Metro, with plenty of local shops and amenities nearby, which made getting around incredibly easy. The building amenities are very good and well maintained. The apartment itself was spotless and well presented. I opted for a balcony room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I had initially been hesitant due to some reviews mentioning damp, but I can honestly say there was no damp at all during my stay. Everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable. A special mention to Maryam, who looked after me — she was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. This property is ideal for both short-term and long-term stays, and I would happily stay here again. Negative: I liked it all. Enjoyable stay
