A lovely place Positive: This is one of my favorite properties in Dubai! So quiet and cute...thank you Georgia and Moussa for setting everything up. Negative: It can be noisy because the street has a lot of construction...hopefully this will end soon. I also didn't like the floor beds.

Positive: Great apartment. Negative: It is advisable to replace the pan. It was not possible to cook food.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. The manager, Mr. Nader, was helpful and tried to resolve the issues, and the Positive: The location is close to the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room design is good. Negative: The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear noise from the corridor and outside. The gym ventilation is not adequate and there is a strong plastic smell. There was also noise and a garbage smell in some of the corridors, so we had to change rooms twice.
