Mood 45 - Deluxe Studio: Your Perfect Getaway

Nice place, lacking facilities, needs change of management Positive: Decent accommodation for its price. Little studio equipped with most things necessary (except iron, see the BAD part below!). Nice pool and gym. Area is close to subway, by Dubai standards. Negative: - Some facilities could use work. The iron screwed up my clothes (left spots), housekeeping brought me another one - and it was the same. The manager (Nadir) plain refused to offer any compensation for the clothes. He was not very sympathetic at it either. - The coffee machine in the room is NOT Nespresso compatible. It accepts some esoteric Illy-branded capsules, which I was not able to find anywhere. If you think you'll be able to enjoy some decent coffee - think again. - The area is close to subway, but it is still 10 minutes brisk walk. Most of the places to eat are also pretty much that far.

I had verything what I needed to stay there for one week. Positive: Set up of the apartment is nice. The little balcony was cozy to sit outside. The Gym at the rooftop is well equipped, clean, spacey and not crowded. Negative: Unfortunately you have little space to store stuff. It was not a problem for me, since I stayed only one week.

Good stay in a convenient location Positive: Studio appartement: functional, new and well thought out. The studio had the basics supplied which was good (towels, cups, cooking ware) Worried about the construction initially but very minimal noise. Great building with nice and helpful staff downstairs Very convenient for me going to work next to financial center metro station Shops and restaurants around Negative: Ok for one person No replacement of the towels and such

Positive: Location, facility, friendly hosts, kitchen and household appliances

Excellent, comfortable and great location Positive: Very close to public transport links, shops & emirates towers being a 10 minute walk away. Easy to navigate the area, the door staff being extremely polite and friendly. Negative: I thought it was perfect for a business trip. The only negative I have to say is that in the wardrobes there is an unusual smell, not sure if it’s trapped moisture or not
