Positive: Понравилась компактность размещения: я жила на 2 этаже, а наземная парковка на 1 этаже, нет долгих перемещений. Апартаменты приятные, у меня были с террасой, она себя оправдала.

Positive: Clean n spacious. Negative: 1/ The customer service number provided has been very slow to respond. Whenever assistance is required, replies often take several hours, and I need to follow up multiple times or make repeated calls before receiving any response. 2/ One of my sports bras went missing after housekeeping cleaned my room. I only realized it was missing when I returned to Singapore and noticed that my set was incomplete. I reported the matter immediately, but to date, I have not received any feedback or resolution.

If you like a nice, cozy and quiet place to stay near the city, this is the place for you. Positive: Very comfortable, relaxing and homey. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Negative: None from my experience.
